Registration Guidelines

Enrollment Registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. There is limited enrollment to all programs.

Attendance and Sign-in Procedures The Division of Continuing Education, CMCC, shall monitor attendance as it deems necessary to ensure compliance with CCE rules and regulations. It is a participants responsibility to sign in and out each day. Failure to sign in and/or out will result in a reduction of hours unless written proof of attendance is received by CMCC's Division of Continuing Education within 14 days following the seminar date in question. Written proof of attendance should be submitted on your behalf by the course instructor or by CMCC registration personnel and must include a statement verifying your attendance on the event day and at the time(s) in question.

Handouts Notes and educational materials for most sessions are included in the tuition fee. Participants will be advised of any additional costs.

Weekend Seminars Refund Policy A $50 administration fee will apply in all instances. Application to withdraw from a program must be made in writing to CMCC's Division of Continuing Education.

Field Practitioner Programs Refund Policy (Sports Sciences, Chiropractic Acupuncture, Chiropractic Orthopaedics)

a) Full Program – Withdrawal from the full program must be in writing to CMCC no less then two weeks prior to commencement of the program. A partial refund will be granted up to and including the fourth session. Withdrawal notification in such cases must be received by CMCC in writing prior to the commencement of the firth session. A $50 administration fee will apply in all instances. No partial refunds will be granted after the commencement of the fifth session.

b) Individual Sessions – Refunds shall be granted upon notification in writing up to two weeks in advance of the seminar. Refunds for notification after such time shall be left to the discretion of the Division Director. A $50 administration fee will apply in all instances.

Certificates a) Certificates of Attendance – Certificates of Attendance will be issued to those participants who have attended individual weekend sessions or upon completion of a full year field practitioner program.

b) Certificates of Completion – Please check with course particulars to determine the availability of Certificates of Completion. In general, the following programmes have requirements that if met will make a participant eligible for a Certificate of Completion: Acupuncture, RMT Anatomy Review, Chiropractic Rehabilitation, Back In-Form-Ed™, Golf, and Virtual Viewboxes™.

Prerequisites Some courses do require entry prerequisites. Please check the course descriptions for details.

Income Tax Receipts Income tax receipts will be issued by mail approximately 2 months after completion of a weekend seminar or full year field practitioner programme.

Fees Returned cheques based on insufficient funds or any other reason will result in a $25 service charge to your account.

Course fees are noted in individual course descriptions and do not include textbooks or additional materials, unless otherwise noted.

We will endeavour to provide all programs as advertised. CMCC reserves the right, however, to modify speakers/location, commensurate with unanticipated needs, and will not be held responsible for expenses incurred by registrants due to such alterations. CMCC neither endorses nor supports comments or information provided by an instructor of a course.
