Clinic Description
CMCC has been providing chiropractic care at St. Michael’s Hospital since 2004. In 2011, CMCC became part of a St. Michael’s Hospital Academic Family Health Team (AFHT) clinical practice site at 80 Bond Street. Touted as “the clinic of the future,” the clinic brings together many health care professionals, each of whom may play a collaborative role in patient care through internal referrals.
Chiropractic service is provided within a patient-centred and evidence-based model of care and includes treatments such as spinal and joint manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue therapies, modalities, active rehabilitation and exercise program prescriptions, all in coordination with the department’s other providers.
