Dr. Pecora is an Assistant Professor at CMCC, an Insurer Evaluator for the Workable Centres and Riverfront Medical Services, the owner of his own private practice at the Orthofit Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Centre in Woodbridge, Ontario, and Owner and Chiropractor of the Chiropractic Clinic, also located in Woodbridge. He was previously a part-time Chiropractor at the Westside Chiropractic Clinic, and later a Coordinator of the Chiropractic and Sports Injury Program for undergraduates at CMCC After earning an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the University of Toronto, Dr. Pecora completed his Doctor of Chiropractor Cum Laude at the CMCC, as well as Fellowship from the College of Sports Sciences, and additional Fellowship at the College of Rehabilaition Sciences, receiving a certification in Acupuncture. He is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the History of Chiropractic. In the past five years at CMCC, he has taught AC1101 Conditioning in Sport, AC305 Clinical Management, and 100I Level Athletic and Peripheral Injuries Management.
Dr. Pecora’s research focuses on sport injury prevention. He has contributed articles to the Toronto Marlboro Atom Hockey team Magazine.
