Dr. Natalia Lishchyna is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Clinical Education and is also in private practice in Oakville and Mississauga. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University, Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Post Graduate Fellowship from CMCC and a Masters of Science degree from Bournemouth University. Lishchyna received the Drs. Bella, Edgar and J.O. Houle Award Residency Graduation Award. Dr. Lishchyna was elected Town Councillor for Ward 6 (Oakville) in a by-election held in July 2015. She also currently works with chiropractic interns at the teaching clinic in Bronte. She has presented her research at conferences in Australia, Europe, South America and South Africa. She is also the immediate Past President of the Ontario Chiropractic Association. She is an active community volunteer, was a member of the Board of Directors for the Peel Children’s Aid Society and a Steering Committee Member of the Mississauga Halton Local Health Intergration Network (LHIN). Currently, Lishchyna is member of the Steering Committee for the Mississauga Halton Infection Control Network and a member of the Primary Care Detailed Planning and Action Team of the Mississauga-Halton LHIN.
Lishchyna actively participates in chiropractic research and has published her work in the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and other academic journals.
