Campus facilities

CMCC's location, nestled in an attractive ravine, provides walking, jogging and biking trails. The on-campus recreational facilities include fully equipped cardiovascular exercise and weight training rooms, a large gymnasium and a student lounge.

CMCC Health Sciences Library

The CMCC Health Sciences Library is the largest English language chiropractic library in Canada. It offers a large repository of electronic collections, study stations, group study rooms and a reflection/prayer room, all in a beautifully renovated area of the building.

The Library provides access to books, journals, databases and point-of-care tools in online, print and multimedia formats to support CMCC’s instructional and research goals and activities and for student convenience, houses a portable Anatomage® Table.

Library collections are easily accessible on-site and remotely from web platforms and mobile applications, as well as through Kurzweil assistive learning technologies. The Discovery Service tool and subjectspecific LibGuides enhance the discoverability of the Library’s e-resources.

Also housed within the library, the Archives database is a major resource for the history and development of both CMCC and chiropractic throughout Canada and globally.

Supply Centre and bookstore

The CMCC Supply Centre and Bookstore welcomes students, staff, health care practitioners and the public with an extensive selection of chiropractic and health related products. It carries all textbooks and manuals for classes as well as reference and general interest books.

Practitioners can find chiropractic office supplies such as adjustment tables, supports, pillows and gowns, x-ray supplies, anatomical models, sports medicine and rehabilitation supplies and clothing. All revenue generated by the store is returned to support CMCC and chiropractic education.

Clinics

Students receive almost 3,000 hours of education and hands-on clinical training in the years I, II and III. In Year IV, they apply this knowledge in a clinical setting as chiropractic interns in CMCC's teaching clinics, under the supervision of clinical faculty. In addition to our on-campus walk-in clinic, CMCC offers clinical practicums in hospital settings, multidisciplinary centres, and in standalone chiropractic clinics.

Students are welcome to seek care at CMCC Campus Clinic or other clinics within the network.
