Background

I conduct sports healthcare research with a focus on athlete-centred care and the integration of chiropractors into sports healthcare teams. I also conduct scholarship of teaching and learning research in chiropractic education. I am the Chair of the Research and Education Committee of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada), a member of the International Sports Chiropractic Federation Research Commission, and the executive director of the Sports and Exercise Research Collaborative for Health Practice-based Research Network. I am currently conducting a PhD focused on advancing research strategy development through an organizational legitimacy lens.
