Research Interests/Topics

  • Low Back Pain
  • Tissue and Injury
  • Biomechanics

Background

Research provides me with the opportunity to explore how people are affected by low back disorders. Through biomechanics, I have utilized a range of in vivo and in vitro techniques, from motion capture to Western blotting, across a variety of research settings, including both clinical and basic science research. I have been fortunate to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including orthopedic spine surgeons, veterinary neurosurgeons, and now chiropractors. I am excited to see where future collaborations will lead.
